All the students did a GREAT job on their projects! Thanks for any help you provided! These projects went above and beyond my expectations!

November 11, 2013

Students will have the rest of the week during Science class time to work on finishing their posters. (They seem to be coming along nicely!) All students should be finished their research and have their paragraphs completed and with them on Monday, 11/18. Monday, 11/18, will be the final day for students to work together in class and practice their presentations. Presentations will be on Tuesday, 11/19, and Wednesday, 11/20. Your student should know which day they present. Each student will receive a group grade and a personal grade for the project.

November 4, 2013

We will be working in our project groups on Wednesday, 11/6. Students should have any supplies they may need for their poster and were told (according to their job) what they should have done by then.

These are suggested sites, students may use others.
Don't forget to sign and send back the Ecosystems paper that will be sent home tomorrow, 10/22.

Fifth Grade will be starting to learn about different ecosystems in Science class.

Instead of a test at the end of this chapter, students will be put into small groups and be asked to complete a poster project. There will be both in school and outside school work to be completed for this project.

I will be explaining this project in class on Monday, 10/21.
More information will be put on here soon.
